AI engine profiles
Every AI engine reads from a different index and cites differently — so being visible in one says little about the others. Here's how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI, Gemini, Copilot and Claude each find and cite pages.
- ChatGPT Search Reads from Bing (plus OpenAI's own OAI-SearchBot crawler)
- Claude Reads from Brave Search API (plus Anthropic's own crawlers)
